How do I order on OROALEXANDER.COM?
Ordering on OROALEXANDER.COM is easy and safe!
After you REGISTER with us, and once you have found the items you would like to order, click on the 'Add to Cart' button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Please use the COMMENTS text space to let us know about any special requirements (special ring sizes, bracelets lengths etc.) and also to advise us how to ship your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process. Once you submit your order, the website will generate a Purchase Order no. which you will be able to access in MY ACCOUNT page for your reference. Oro Alexander will use this no. as well to follow up on your order.
Once your order has been placed, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied. Oro Alexander will then notify you that your order has been accepted and approved.

How will my order be shipped?
For insurance purposes, all Oro Alexander orders are shipped UPS Next Day service, unless otherwise instructed by the customer (see COMMENTS). Once an order is confirmed by Oro Alexander, it will be processed into manufacturing and shipped within 6-8 weeks. However, if ordered items are in stock, delivery time will be within few business days. you will be advised of the delivery schedule in the order confirmation. Shipping Charges are based upon value, weight and destination. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the continental U.S. will incur additional charges and will take 2-3 extra business days. How can I make returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges will be received by Oro Alexander according to our return and exchange policy (please look at the TERMS AND CONDITIONS page) and with a valid RA#. You must contact Oro Alexander customer service and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Your RA# must be clearly written on the return package.
